Alexander Markuntsov (Russian: Александр Маркунцов; Japanese: アレクサンドル ・ マルクンツォフ; born February 21, 1982) is a Russian retired competitive pair skater. Competing for Japan with Yuko Kawaguchi, he is the 2001 World Junior silver medalist, the 2000-01 JGP Final bronze medalist, a two-time Japanese national champion (2002 & 2003), and the 2001 Japanese Junior national champion.
