Chelsea Liu (born December 31, 1999) is a Chinese-American pair skater who currently competes with Daniel O'Shea.

With former partner Brian Johnson, she is a two-time JGP bronze medalist (2014 JGP Germany & 2016 JGP Czech Republic), and the 2015 US Junior silver medalist.

Representing China with former partner Zhong Xie, Liu is the 2020 Chinese national bronze medalist.
