Elena Ruslanovna Ilinykh (Russian: Еле́на Русла́новна Ильины́х; born April 25, 1994) is a Russian former competitive ice dancer. With former partner Ruslan Zhiganshin, she is the 2015 Russian national champion, the 2014 Rostelecom Cup silver medalist, and the 2015 Cup of China bronze medalist.

With former partner Ruslan Zhiganshin, she is the 2014 Winter Olympic team champion, the 2014 Winter Olympic bronze medalist, a three-time European medalist (silver in 2013 and 2014, bronze in 2012), the 2012 European bronze medalists, and the 2010 World Junior champion.
