Ruslan Nailevich Zhiganshin (Russian: Руслан Наильевич Жиганшин; born September 25, 1992) is a Russian retired competitive ice dancer. With former partner Elena Ilinykh, he is the 2015 Russian national champion, the 2014 Rostelecom Cup silver medalist, and the 2015 Cup of China bronze medalist.

With former partner Victoria Sinitsina, Zhiganshin is the 2012 World Junior champion, the 2012 Rostelecom Cup bronze medalist, and the 2014 Russian national bronze medalist.
